We do recommend that all our customers create an account before using our services. Doing so allows us to easily identify and match items to the customers using their identification number.
After, you register for an account you will recieved a email confirmation, along with a customer identification number. The email will also include information about how to address your items, arrange a collection and more.

The maximum weight is 30 kilos (kg) per parcel. Any parcels bigger than this may have to be sent on pallets using our airfreight service.
Customers can pay using the methods listed below:

- Cash
